We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, passionate individual who has proven sales success and a keen interest in travel to join our Clearwater-based Sales team, working for our 2 fantastic brands Sunsail & The Moorings.

What you will be doing
This position emphasizes consulting and relationship building and requires a self-assured and energetic telephone presence as well as the capability to convert leads into sales. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to correspond with clients by phone and email and enthusiastically help them navigate all aspects of travel planning for our yacht charters as well as custom and private land arrangements.
What we are looking for
Strong sales background with experience and success in a previous sales position
Language skills – multilingual would be extremely desirable, particularly if you are fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
Strong geographical knowledge and a passion for travel
Excellent communicator and problem solver
Has high standards of customer service and attention to detail
Thrives in a sales environment
Has a strong positive character and is used to dealing with pressure
Ambitious and keen to progress and develop your career
Likes to get their sleeves rolled up and be involved
Team player who enjoys working as part of a friendly & happy team
Our team is based in Clearwater, FL, however as we move into a flexible working model the expectation is that you would work in the Clearwater office 1 day a week (or more) and the rest of the week would be remote working, with this in mind we welcome applications from candidates that live further afield within Florida state.
