We believe in exceeding expectations at Travelopia Yachts and we recognise outstanding behaviour when we see it. Every month, we shine the light on our internal stars through our YAcht StArs recognition scheme.
In addition, we have our quarterly CREW Value awards where we recognise the team members who live and breathe our CREW values. Our CREW value winners get an invitation to our annual 3-day Living the Values Flotilla in the BVI, which is an amazing opportunity to network with other team members, be involved in a community outreach event, receive professional development and have fun in the sun.
